Sometimes were caught in a place with, it seems, no good way out.
Should you go and break someones heart or stay and be unhappy yourself.
But why live a lie, why stick around if all there is, is hurt and pain?
Is it that tears have such power over you that it stops you from
thinking clearly?
Is it because you fear what will become of you after you make that
decision?
Is it because it's just convenient to know that there is someone who
cares.
Because you fear going at it all alone?
It's the third option that liberates you, it sets you free.
For it is only when you realize that you ultimately live your life to
serve your own needs, it's then you know what has to be done.
It won't be a bad decision, maybe just a little bit of a sad decision.
But in the end, it's the best decision you can make.

The End of the End
It's hard to understand that love can end.
It's brutal that it can leave you broken hearted with the feeling
something died inside of you.
It can bring down even the strongest of men.
It can make you feel so small and insignificant that you start to
think that you don't matter at all in this world.
That is until you fall in love again.
At first it will scare you shitless.
You have experienced from first hand that love can end.
You have been hurt before and you have felt the agony and despair of
being left behind.
Love however isn't only blind, it makes you forget.
Love can make the baddest day feel okay.
Love can make vinegar taste like fine wine.
Love can make you feel so incredibly alive like nothing else in this
world can do.
That is why you can take that risk, that is why you get back on the
horse, that is why you will dive in headfirst once you find it again.
Because some love is never ending.
It's brutal that it can leave you broken hearted with the feeling
something died inside of you.
It can bring down even the strongest of men.
It can make you feel so small and insignificant that you start to

Average
It's not good, it's not bad, it's somewhere in between.
It's not the best, it's not the worst, it's just something you have
seen.
It's what nobody aspires, yet what most of us will be.
It's what everybody knows, but nobody wants to see.
It's what no one wants to hear and no one ever tells.
It's the fact that you're not special, just like everybody else.

Surroundings
Lying awake in a strange new bed.
Listening for sounds when I should be sleeping instead.
Everything is different, like the way that the sheets smell.
From the sights out the window to the sound of the doorbell.
Those kind of things might make you scream and shout...
I want things back to normal! Why did I move out?
That decision has been made, there's simply nothing you can do.
You just have to accept the change, even if you're feeling blue.
They might keep you from your sleep, but there's no more need to roam.
The new surroundings are strange, as that new place is your home.
That feeling will subside, they can hardly ever last.
Before long the strange surroundings will be just a thing of the past.

Attached
We're all attached to someone.
Father, mother, brother, sister,
friend, colleague, lover.
Attachment to people is normal.
It's because we can interact with them.
But other than people you also have attachments to places and objects.
These things don't talk back but can give you a certain feeling nothing else in the world can give you.
A feeling of belonging, of being home.
To leave such an attachment behind is tough.
It makes you feel empty inside, like losing someone dear to you.
You take one last look around and take a stroll down memory-lane.
It's a sad thing to leave it behind, but you'll still be forever attached.
